How to turn off new email alert notifications

Outlook's new email notification is turned on by default; so, you'll see a new email alert for each new inbox message.

   1.     Click on the "File" tab and select "Options...".

   2.     Click on the "Mail" section.

   3.     Scroll to the "Message Arrival" section. You can specify which notification options to disable by unchecking them.

   4.     Click on the "OK" button.
